Horizon is an unofficial, non-commercial community fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Epic Games, Inc. in any way. Fortnite, "V-Bucks", all item names, artwork, renders and imagery, and all related names, logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of Epic Games, Inc. and their respective owners. Horizon claims no ownership of and no rights in any of them, and grants no rights in any third-party intellectual property. Any such names or imagery are used purely descriptively.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8–10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; any liability arises only from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement, upon which we will remove the content promptly.
Liability for links
Our pages may contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We accept no liability for that third-party content; the respective provider or operator is responsible. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking; continuous monitoring without concrete indication of an infringement is not reasonable. On becoming aware of infringements we will remove such links promptly.
