Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, inform us (Horizon, Lindenstraße 12, 10969 Berlin, Germany, support@horizonfn.cc) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal, digital content

Supporter packs and any in-game credit or cosmetic items are digital content supplied not on a physical medium and delivered immediately. Under § 356 (5) BGB your right of withdrawal expires when you have expressly consented to us beginning delivery before the withdrawal period ends and have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent by ticking the required checkbox at checkout. Because delivery starts immediately on that basis, supporter packs are non-refundable once delivery has begun.

Defective or undelivered content

The above does not limit your mandatory statutory warranty rights (§§ 327 ff. BGB). If an item is not delivered or is defective, contact us at support@horizonfn.cc and we will re-deliver or refund as required by law.
